# Die neuesten Kameras der Go-X-Serie von JAI verfügen über eine 5GBASE-T-Schnittstelle.

JAI hat die Markteinführung von 12 weiteren kleinen Bildverarbeitungs-Kameras der Go-X-Serie angekündigt, die über GigE Vision-Schnittstellen mit 5GBASE-T (5 GigE) Geschwindigkeit verfügen. Wie die 24 bereits eingeführten Go-X-Modelle sind auch die neuen Kameras mit den neuesten Sony Pregius S CMOS-Sensoren ausgestattet und haben Auflösungen von 5,1 Megapixel bis 24,5 Megapixel.

**CMOS-Sensoren auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik:**
Pregius S-Sensoren verfügen über eine Backside Illumination, die kleinere Pixelgrößen ermöglicht, ohne dass die Abbildungsleistung darunter leidet. JAI hat sich diese Technologie zunutze gemacht, um den Kunden eine deutlich höhere Auflösung in einem kleinen Formfaktor zu bieten. Die 2,74 µm große Pixelgröße der Pregius S-Sensoren bedeutet, dass selbst die neuen 24,5-Megapixel-Kameras der Go-X-Serie eine 29 mm x 29 mm große Frontplatte und ein optisches Format von 1,2" haben, das mit C-Mount-Objektiven kompatibel ist. Die Kameralänge beträgt 68 mm.
**Die spezifischen Auflösungen der neuen Kameras sind:**

Für jede Auflösung werden Monochrom- und Farbmodelle angeboten. Die Farbmodelle bieten eine rohe Bayer-Ausgabe und umfassen eine kamerainterne 5x5-Debayering-Funktion für die RGB-Ausgabe. Die Formate umfassen 8/10/12-Bit-Monochrom-, 8/10/12-Bit-Bayer- oder 24/30/36-Bit-RGB-Ausgabe.
**5GigE-Schnittstelle mit Auto-Negotiation:**
Die 5GBASE-T-Schnittstelle der neuen Kameras mit einer maximalen Datenrate von 5 Gbit/s ermöglicht es den Anwendern, die Vorteile der Netzwerkfunktionen und der grabberlosen Verbindungen des GigE Vision-Standards zu nutzen, jedoch mit deutlich höheren Bildraten als bei der ursprünglichen Begrenzung auf 1 Gbit/s. Die Kameras können mit Geschwindigkeiten von 22 Bildern/s für 24,5-Megapixel-Ausgabe bis hin zu 103 Bildern/s für die 5,1-Megapixel-Modelle arbeiten. Die Schnittstelle verfügt über eine Auto-Negotiation-Funktion, die den Ausgang der Kamera an die Fähigkeiten des Netzwerks anpasst, einschließlich 2,5GBASE-T (2,5 Gbps) oder 1000BASE-T (1 Gbps), je nach Netzwerkkonfiguration und verfügbarer Bandbreite.
**Xscale-Funktion:**
Alle neuen Modelle enthalten auch eine flexible Subpixel-Skalierungsfunktion namens Xscale. Xscale bietet eine Alternative zum traditionellen Binning, das auf "ganze" Pixel beschränkt ist, wie z. B. 2x1, 2x2, 4x4, usw. Stattdessen unterstützt Xscale die Verwendung von Fließkommazahlen, um virtuelle Pixel zu erstellen, die Bruchteile von Pixeln enthalten, um die Anpassung von Pixelgrößen, optischen Formaten und Auflösungen beim Ersetzen älterer Kameras zu erleichtern. Während das herkömmliche Binning nur bei Monochrom-Kameras verwendet werden kann, kann Xscale mit Monochrom-, Bayer- oder RGB-Formaten verwendet werden.
**66 Modelle der Go-X-Serie:**
Mit den neuen Produkten erhöht sich die Gesamtzahl der Modelle der Go-X-Serie auf 66, darunter 48 bereits eingeführte Modelle mit GigE Vision (1000BASE-T), CoaXPress und USB3 Vision-Schnittstellen. Alle Go-X-Kameras zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Schock- und Vibrationsfestigkeit von 80G bzw. 10G aus und sind für eine optimale Wärmeableitung ausgelegt, um Ausfälle in typischen Industrieumgebungen und unter Dauerbetriebsbedingungen zu vermeiden.
Wie die ursprünglichen Modelle haben auch die neuesten 5GBASE-T-Modelle eine sechsjährige Garantie.
