# Rückblick auf die Vision Stuttgart 2026

JAI war im Oktober erneut auf der VISION Stuttgart vertreten und präsentierte dort seine neuesten industriellen Bildgebungstechnologien anhand von 11 Live-Demonstrationen sowie einer umfassenden Ausstellung von Flächen- und Zeilenkameras.
Von multispektraler RGB+NIR- und prismenbasierter Farbbildgebung über SWIR und UV bis hin zu hochauflösender Bildgebung und Ausblicke auf kommende Technologie hatten die Besucher die Gelegenheit, die neuesten Kameratechnologien von JAI in Aktion zu erleben und deren Anwendungsmöglichkeiten direkt mit unserem Team zu besprechen.
Industrial Vision Days: Wie multispektrale Bildverarbeitung die Lebensmittelinspektion verändert
James Cameron, Global Segment Director, Food bei JAI, nahm an den diesjährigen Industrial Vision Days mit seinem Vortrag *„Wie die multispektrale Bildverarbeitung die Lebensmittelkontrolle revolutioniert“* teil*.*
Der Vortrag beleuchtete die wachsende Bedeutung der multispektralen Bildverarbeitung bei der Lebensmittelkontrolle und zeigte auf, wie die Kombination von Informationen aus verschiedenen Spektralbändern Bildverarbeitungssystemen dabei helfen kann, immer anspruchsvollere Kontroll- und Sortieraufgaben zu bewältigen.
### RGB+NIR-Multispektralbildgebung mit der Sweep+-Serie
Eine der an unserem Stand vorgestellten Technologien war die neue [SW-8000Q-CXP2A](https://www.jai.com/de/products/sw-8000q-cxp2a/) aus der Sweep+-Serie von JAI.
Diese Kamera nutzt die Prismentechnologie von JAI, um gleichzeitig Informationen im roten, grünen, blauen und nahinfraroten (NIR) Bereich zu erfassen. Durch die Kombination von Informationen aus dem sichtbaren Farbbereich und dem NIR-Bereich in einer einzigen Aufnahme ermöglicht die Kamera Inspektionssystemen die gleichzeitige Analyse von Farb- und Materialeigenschaften.
Wichtige Anwendungsbereiche: Batterieprüfung, Kunststoff- und Materialsortierung, Sicherheitsdruck, Lebensmittelprüfung, Bahninspektion, pharmazeutische Prüfung und Halbleiterprüfung.
### **Prismenbasierte Farbbildgebung im Vergleich zur Bayer-Farbbildgebung**
Die Besucher konnten zudem den Unterschied zwischen der Drei-Sensor-Prismentechnologie von JAI und der herkömmlichen Ein-Sensor-Bayer-Farbbildgebung erleben.
Die Live-Demonstration verglich die Apex-Serie [AP-5100T-5GE](https://www.jai.com/de/products/ap-5100t-5ge/) mit der Go-X-Serie [GOX-5105C-PGE](https://www.jai.com/de/products/gox-5105c-pge/) und hob die Vorteile der prismenbasierten Bildgebung in Bereichen wie Farbwiedergabe, räumliche Auflösung und Wellenbandtrennung hervor.
Wichtige Anwendungsbereiche: Halbleiterprüfung, Displayprüfung, pharmazeutische Prüfung, Druckprüfung sowie Anwendungen, die eine hohe Farbgenauigkeit oder die Prüfung sehr feiner Strukturen erfordern.
**
### **Multispektrale Flächenabtastung mit der Fusion-Serie**
Die Fusion-Serie [FS-3200T-10GE-NNC](https://www.jai.com/de/products/fs-3200t-10ge-nnc/) demonstrierte einen weiteren Ansatz für die multispektrale Inspektion, bei dem RGB- und NIR-Bildgebung in einer einzigen Flächenkamera kombiniert werden.
Ihre prismenbasierte Architektur liefert pixelgenaue multispektrale Daten über bis zu fünf Spektralbänder hinweg und unterstützt damit Anwendungen, bei denen Informationen aus mehreren Wellenlängen präzise verglichen werden müssen.
Hauptanwendungsbereiche: Pflanzenbau, intelligente Landwirtschaft, Umweltforschung, chirurgische Assistenz, Biowissenschaften, Sortierung von Obst, Gemüse und Nüssen.
**
**Über das sichtbare Licht hinaus: UV-Bildgebung**
JAI stellte außerdem die [GO-8105M-5GE-UV](https://www.jai.com/de/products/go-8105m-5ge-uv/) aus der Go-Serie vor, die die Bildverarbeitungsinspektion auf das ultraviolette Spektrum ausweitet.
Die UV-Bildgebung eröffnet zusätzliche Möglichkeiten in Anwendungen wie der Elektronik- und Halbleiterprüfung, der pharmazeutischen und medizinischen Inspektion sowie der Druckprüfung, wo Merkmale, die mit herkömmlicher sichtbarer Bildgebung möglicherweise schwer zu erkennen sind, nun zugänglich werden.
Wichtige Anwendungsbereiche: Lichtbogenüberwachung, hochpräzise Erkennung von Oberflächenkratzern, Materialsortierung, Kriminalistik, wissenschaftliche Forschung und Inspektion transparenter Harzbeschichtungen usw.
**
### **Sichtbare + SWIR-Bildgebung mit der Wave-Serie**
Auch die SWIR-Technologie spielte am diesjährigen JAI-Stand eine wichtige Rolle.
Die Wave-Serie [WAA-1300-GE-TEC](https://www.jai.com/de/products/waa-1300-ge-tec/) kombiniert den IMX990-Sensor von Sony mit integrierter thermoelektrischer Kühlung (TEC) und ermöglicht so die Bildgebung im Spektralbereich von 400 bis 1700 nm mit stabiler, rauscharmer Leistung.
Dadurch kann eine einzige Kamera Informationen sowohl im sichtbaren als auch im SWIR-Spektrum erfassen und eignet sich somit perfekt für Inspektionsanwendungen, die über die herkömmliche Bildgebung im sichtbaren Bereich hinausgehen.
Hauptanwendungsbereiche: IR-Prüfung von Wafern, Erkennung von Mikrorissen in Wafern, Prüfung des Wafer-Bondings, Positionierung von Wafer-Schneidklingen, Prüfung von ABF-Substratbohrungen, hyperspektrale Bildgebung, Farbsortierung von Obst und Gemüse, Lichtprüfung von Arzneimittelfläschchen, wissenschaftliche Forschung.
**Eine Vorschau auf die neueste SWIR-Zeilenkameratechnologie von JAI**
Die Besucher hatten zudem die Gelegenheit, einen ersten Blick auf die neue Wave-Serie [WAL-2001-GE](https://www.jai.com/de/products/wal-2001-ge/) zu werfen, die mit der neuesten **2K-Pixel-Shift-Technologie** von JAI für hochwertige SWIR-Zeilenabtastung ausgestattet ist.
Die Vorführung bot einen Einblick in den kontinuierlichen Ausbau der Wave-Serie durch JAI und unsere Entwicklung neuer SWIR-Lösungen für die industrielle Inspektion.
Wichtige Anwendungsbereiche: PV-PL-Prüfung, Erkennung von Mikrorissen in PV-Modulen, Erkennung von Mikrorissen in Halbleiterwafern, Prüfung auf Blasenbildung beim Verbinden von Halbleiterwafern, Farbsortierung, hyperspektrale Bildgebung, wissenschaftliche Forschung.

**Hochauflösende Zeilenabtastung**
Für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen, die sowohl hohe Auflösung als auch Geschwindigkeit erfordern, demonstrierte das Modell [SW-16000TL-CXP4A](https://www.jai.com/de/products/sw-16000tl-cxp4a/) der Sweep-Serie hochauflösende RGB-Zeilenabtastung.
Hauptanwendungsbereiche: Halbleiterprüfung, Leiterplattenprüfung, Druckprüfung, Bahninspektion, Elektronikprüfung sowie weitere Anwendungen, die eine sehr hohe räumliche Auflösung in Verbindung mit einer präzisen Farbwiedergabe erfordern.
**
**Hochauflösende Flächenabtastung mit CoaXPress über Glasfaser**
Auch [die Spark-Serie](https://www.jai.com/de/products/product-lines/spark-series-single-sensor-area-scan-high-performance/) von JAI war Teil der Live-Vorführungen und bot den Besuchern einen exklusiven ersten Einblick in eine in Kürze erscheinende Kamera mit CoaXPress-over-Fiber-Technologie.
Diese neue Kamera kombiniert hochauflösende, schnelle Flächenabtastung mit der für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen erforderlichen Bandbreite und unterstützt gleichzeitig große Kabelstrecken. Dies bietet Systementwicklern zusätzliche Flexibilität beim Aufbau großer oder komplexer Bildverarbeitungssysteme.
Hauptanwendungsbereiche: Halbleiterprüfung, Leiterplattenprüfung, Elektronikprüfung, 3C-PrüfungI, großflächige hochauflösende Messungen sowie weitere Anwendungen, die extrem hohe Bilddatenraten erfordern.
**Ein Blick in die Zukunft**
Die VISION bietet nicht nur die Gelegenheit, das aktuelle Produktangebot zu präsentieren, sondern den Besuchern auch einen Einblick in unsere zukünftigen Entwicklungen zu geben.
Am diesjährigen Messestand präsentierte JAI eine Reihe von Ausblicken auf kommende Technologien, die sich derzeit in der Entwicklung befinden, und gewährte den Besuchern einen frühen Einblick in Technologien, die unser Produktportfolio weiter ergänzen werden.
