We are pleased to announce the appointment of Vincy Wenxi Zhang as JAI’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 16, 2026. In this role, Vincy will oversee our global finance organization and support the company’s continued operational and strategic development.
Vincy succeeds Ivan Busk Ginnerup, who served as CFO of JAI for the past four years. During his time with the company, Ivan played an important role in strengthening our financial organization and supporting JAI’s development as a global technology company.

At JAI, Vincy will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy and ensuring that our financial processes continue to support JAI’s long-term growth and operational excellence. A key focus of her role will be strengthening and improving processes within our finance department while supporting cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
